Apart from Garden Village AFC being a household name in the football fraternity, lots of people do not know the existence of the area called, Maitland Garden Village.

Garden Village was knowned as a forgotten village over the past years and we as a community base football club are trying our utmost to promote the area through our soccer.

Our league structure is setup in the manner that we play on a home and away basis with the result that we travel  to various places as far as Somerset West, Fish Hoek, Camps Bay.
